@blehgg: The IG one seemed to have been claimed within minutes. I think the photographer would have tipped someone off tbh…
@Ferny32: There was definitely someone who claimed to have failed "within 20 seconds" on their IG post. Didn't want to sound dramatic by claiming seconds, but I'm definitely calling it dodgy.
@blehgg: Seems to be invalid, or maybe you wrote it down wrong? Either way, you should look closer tomorrow and try and claim for yourself!
@blehgg: Ah that sucks. Samsung admits that there are "fake codes" out there, which is absolutely stupid. I came across one online too.
Why bother with fakes? Just annoying
Samsung released new instagrams ad about note yesterday. Would the codes only be on s20 related ads or Samsung ads.
There's a new IG post up, but I can't see any codes. Best of luck if you can find one (if it's there). Comments on IG are claiming that they've found it, but I think they're mostly all troll comments

there's no point going to Samsung stores/kiosks because I was told by an employee that they are aware and have already claimed all for themselves! save yourself a trip (or few) to the empty mall
Had a feeling that would happen because thats exactly what I would do
Would be against the terms and conditions for an employee or their family to redeem it, but I guess there's nothing stopping them from giving it to their friends and getting around it.

I managed to win one the other day. First to view the instagram story and find the tiny code. I initially entered the code in wrong but still managed to beat others. Very happy and shaken.
What do they usually post on? ive checked the insta, twitter and youtube but see anything for the past few days.

Probably already used or not the right code… I reached my daily limit trying all the codes on the website so I might be wrong.
It was "phone1198". It's white text and you have to highlight the page to see it
The code was 'phone1198'. Try highlighting/selecting the first paragraph and it's hidden in white at the end. And I spent a good 10 minutes scouring the 2 pictures like a fool. Very clever.
@CarbonNitrous: Ah I see, im referring to their latest instagram image. They had a code on bottle but they deleted it and uploaded same without the code now. Cheers

@Understandable: yeah ive also saved the image but i cannot get it any clearer, i dont know how people are able to make it so clear in some screenshots ive seen!
@0HDAM: im not sure, i opened it on instagram desktop on a 1080p screen and the image resolution was like 400x600 or some tiny size

todays one was on Instagram, I think the code was phoN35469. I was only 12 mins late to open the Instagram story. The competition is fierce as!

Codes dropping on the regular now. But they are gone within seconds of a post going up. People are having the claim form prefilled and ready to go once a code goes live. Codes are easier to interpret now too. Stiff chance of winning IMO

Same here. Have messaged on Facebook and emailed on Monday. Really poor. I'm 90% sure I've won one, but there's no communication indicating that I have at the same time.
This competition became ridiculous. Just found the code off the Instagram story, went to enter it in and the site took ages to load and once it finally put me through I lost
The bloke that found it early on in the tv ad had the best chance as no one was looking

yes. it’s the same link to enter your details. but they will cross check and if you weren’t the first one to have the code and you filled that form, you will get no phone.

How did you fellows win? The codes on instantgram are gone as soon as the story goes up.
I won mine on the week around 25 March, there was less competition back then. For my one, you had to screen record it because the code appears for like a millisecond - I took about 1 min (including entering the code wrong on the first go). Now it's gone instantly and you have to be extremely fast
Yeah it was easier when the promotion just started.. I won mine on the 13th of march via one of their TV adverts .. took me a while to get the code, I was recording as I was watching. went over it multiple time to try work out what the code was, ended up using my phone camera taking multiple photos, and finally 1 was good enough to work out what the code was (it was only up for a second or 2 blurring in and out, changing the code a little as it went on. entered it correctly on the 3rd attempt. realising Capitals were important and then got taken to the page where I was told I won, entered details, taken to another page which said they will contact me shortly (still awaiting that) but as above, the early days of the promo gave me and others time to figure it out, where now it is survival of the fittest, and with more people working from home etc .. even more so.
@subboy: That is amazing! Interesting story but yes some codes are just too blurry like in your case haha. My mum just won one yesterday too, via one of their instagram sponsor's post! We are so happy :) Can't wait to use the new phones, their camera looks so cool.

I got an email from them on Wednesday saying the courier would be in contact within 10 days.
The courier rang 20 min before they arrived to confirm someone was home. Courier was DB Schenker and the package was created on Tuesday.
Oh sweet .. so I might not need to be concerned about no contact from them just yet lol .. I'll keep waiting it out again congrats
@subboy: Package says it came from Samsung Au from DB's facility in Yennora. Likely taking longer to get interstate.

Not yet, even though I got the email 2 weeks ago saying "delivery partner will be in contact in 10 business days". Furthermore, my mum and many others have been told they are not winners, something sketchy is going on.
nothing yet .. several emails sent, no reply, no contact from them, their FB team keeps sending me to the promo department (the ones i get no response from).. i think something is off too
I got the delivery email weeks ago too, but no sign of delivery yet. The wait continues, hopefully not in disappointment.
