So like I received an email from Shopping Square about this .. had a quick Google, seems to be the cheapest one around .. Anyone got comments about this product? Shipping to Melbourne seemed to be $49 though which is a killer but hey I guess they need to include insurance at this price. Amazon has this product at the same price but wont ship to Australia :(

    I thought there was an injunction against the sale of these in Australia. Doesn't bother me but it means that there will be no local support or warranty from Samsung I would think.

      I got the 16Gb version. The 10.1v has all the good specs compared to 10.1. Except no SD card slot :(

        Try and see how small the txt is in a PDF magazine pixel for pixel I understand but you are overlooking
        Screen size when held I'm portrait mode
        Google it many reviewers agree it's made to be used in landscape mode
        And also chck out the lag honeycomb videos and come back here and call them crap

      seriously got an asus transfomer for $400 and was playing youtube hq or flash game without any problem =))
      use dice player and you can play any kind of movies…
      p/s: is also use ips panel so the screen is as good as ipad
      all in all with the lower price the asus transfomer is the best option for me

    There was a deal here the other day with Couriers Please (just for an example) that does metro deliveries this size and larger for $5.50 each, retail WITH insurance.
    A company like SS would easily get a better corporate rate.

      Heres a tip. If you keep negging these guys, you will miss out on the next great deal/mistake they do.

      Would you rather wait a month while they try to recover their profits, or just get an instant refund. Thats what it all boiled down to, and only a few people opted for the refund. So stfu basically.

    An alright deal but they are $600 free postage on ebay so you dont have to deal with SS if you dont want to. So there is only a 50 dollar difference between ebay and SS

    The shipping cost suggests these will be shipped direct from Hong Kong. Sounds like a good price although I much prefer my iPad 2 so will pass on this deal.

    Haters In the comments need to grow up. You can't hate a company just because you don't like how they choose to sell their products. If you don't like it, buy a Galaxy tablet and support competition in the market rather than just mouthing off.

    you have to deal with SS for warranty if you do actually receive your tablets in less than a month, and they have the worst customer service ever
