Greetings everyone, Woolworths has today dropped the price on the Vegan Flavors of the Drumstick. This is the 2nd time it's been reduced since being implemented in November from what I can see :)

Same. Not vegan either but lactose intolerant. This just tastes a little less creamy/more watery than normal ice cream (which I still eat because I like to live dangerously)
The Affogato ones are all I have tried so far, and they were really nice!

I also bought it accidentally. Opposite experience, out of four of us, we all liked them. Didn't even know it til opening the pack and by then I had promised icecreams…

Mine was a little Icy too & it looked like half the ice cream was missing (or had melted & refrozen all on one side). I took photos of my 7/11 Freebie & sent it to Peters Icecream just letting them know that their ice cream literally looks like it has half of what its meant too pretty much all the way through.
They ended up giving me a $5.00 voucher to use at Coles / Woolies so I'm happy with that. Out of a 7/11 Freebie, managed to get 1 Free Icecream & a $5.00 voucher.

What are you talking about? Most of the dairy Drumsticks contain more sugar than the vegan ones.
Though your ignorance must be bliss, let me fix that for you. I had a quick look at the sugars of this one compared to two others…
Vegan - Affogato - 21.9g / 88g = 24% RDI
Non Vegan - Choc Mint - 22.6g / 79g = 25% RDI
Non Vegan - Super choc - 23.3g / 81g = 26% RDI

@capslock janitor: It's saying that it's not recommended to go over 100% for the day, so in this case the lower percentage is better. More sugar = more percentage of the RDI
vegan or not, if you are worried about your sugar intake, you shouldn't eat any ice cream, really.

Be careful when buying this product. My local Woolworths in Ashmore had wet packaging. If there is ice in the carton, return the item. I ate one of the drumsticks before realising this. It was soggy in some parts of the cone but I chalked it up to the product being close to expiry (April). They tried to make me take a replacement instead of a refund but changed their mind when I insisted that they pick the replacement pack and open it in front of me. They were still selling it when I checked a few days later.

These icecream taste like plastic, they shouldn't be called icecream as there is no cream.
There is no mention of the word icecream in the title, description, online product page or on the product packaging.

Can't beat the vegan magnums, especially when they were half price (would never pay full price either).
Not a vegan, but I actually really like this ice cream! Obviously grabbed the 7/11 freebie a few weeks ago haha
