      For the price it's pretty decent. I have a Victorinox rosewood chef's knife which is probably twice as sharp as the chef's knife in this set. Then again, the Victorinox costs about the same as the entire knife set put together so…

    The same seller has a 7 piece Full Set of Knives with a sharpener for $28.95
    It has 5 knives, a stand and a sharpener, seems to also be good value.

    Doesn't the claim: "stainless steel = no Scratch" bite itself in the arse with : "None Stick coated= easy to clean"?!

    Wouldn't the coating damage or scratch relatively easy? Or is it something completely different to what is used in frying pans etc.?

    And what about health risk with the coating coming of (over time, from sharpening etc)?

        I have the knife block and can confirm this - Most of the knives only have small scratches in the coating revealing the silver underneath. Still, it's pretty likely it's all gonna come off over time.
