  Not a bargain. Got one for work from Teds Camera House in Brisbane free delivery for $1200 to $1300 mark. (Sorry not at work to get the invoice to get price . I can on monday if anyone would like)

    the xa10 on ted's website is $2100.
    if you can explain how to get it at $1200-$1300 i would be very interested to hear (and would probably buy one immediately), as that is cheaper than the hf g10 which is the "consumer" version of the xa10.

    Sorry Everyone and Camera Pro. I read the whole thing wrong and also gave the wrong price paid for the camera. Earlier this year the X10 was selling for $2900, for so reason I read that this post was that price. We got our camera for work for $2100 as the price dropped just before ordering. And for some reason I typed '1' instead of '2' for the price paid.

    My screw up sorry.
