I just returned a 55 inch jvc the other day. Absolutely worst of the worst. Slow, poor picture quality, terrible sound. Remote felt like a toy. Only positive I have to say is that it was pretty lightweight and easy to return
Honestly I don't know what you expect for the money. I'm perfectly happy with mine but think my expectations are reasonable.
There are a few better options for that money. My jvc was a 4k TV and wasn't that cheap at all
that would of been annoying taking that back.
The aiwa deal from Target was much better - 50inches 4K.
I wouldn't go cheap when it comes to 4K
Bought the aiwa and its ok, anyway I paid $300 for a 50in 4k. The smart tv apps are crap. With PS4 no complains no noticeable lag colours are good; viewing angle is bad when at extreme side which i dont do anyway.
Just get a TCL
I got a JVC 49" 4k tv from Big W 2 years ago. Really happy with it for the price. From that I decided that cheap tvs can be ok so my next one was a Teac . . Big mistake.
JVC is Chinese whitelabled trash just like Polaroid/Blaupunkt (and probably every brand in Big W actually.)
Doesn't mean it's not a bargain (you do get what you pay for though) - just keep in mind it absolutely isn't JVC.
