Fantastic price for Samsung 65 Inch Q75R 4K UHD HDR Smart QLED TV QA65Q75RAWXXY (Direct Full Array).
I am sure this is the cheapest price so far. It is crazy that the price keeps going down and down like there is no tomorrow.
I personally like Appliances Online for their fantastic delivery service.

Local store has stock so no waiting for delivery@mjmozbargainer: Which store I just rang the good guys in Artarmon and both refused to price match..
@Jet_k: i just got them to price match with free delivery, also price is now $1713 on appliances online.
@david6509: @ Artarmon? they offered me 1820 but said won't price match and hung up…
@Jet_k: hmm strange.
@Jet_k: My advice is to ring another local store or call back and get another sales person. Depends on the mood/time of day etc.
@mjmozbargainer: Cheers, the Chatswood store honoured the price match promise for me.
@mjmozbargainer: how do you price match and use the FEB2020 code at the same time?
@mjmozbargainer: how do you price match and use the FEB2020 code at the same time?
@ArnoldSchwarzenegger: FEB2020 can be applied to Appliances Online, the reduced price is what I told The Good Guys.
@mjmozbargainer: Thanks for clarifying, I might just get it from Appliances Online. And thanks for the code, you are a legend.
Can they refuse to price match this?
@Jet_k: Yes
Got one 7 months ago from good guys for around AUD 2400. Excellent TV.
Tossing up between this or the Sony 9500
Same here. It's either this one or the Sony. The Sony is around $250 more though but it has Android.
Both TV's have their pro's and con's but still not sure which one to pick.
Honestly can't go wrong with either.. Samsaung has better contrast, Sony is brighter. Much the same muchness however.
One possible big thing is that Samsung doesn't have Dolby Vision. To be fair, I have the Samsung around 20% brightness in an open room with windows, so I don't know how much brighter one needs it.
Dolby Vision is definitely something worth considering
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=voePq29-U6M@aldoboy: care to quickly do a TLDW of that 45 min video?
Sony has blooming issues. It may not be a big deal, but I hate it.
Sony - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X3jrybLPuw8&feature=emb_logo
Samsung Q75 - https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=3&v=iyoFxcwFwEg&…
The OneConnect box is a brilliant innovation. It is SOOOO convenient, especially so if you mount the TV on the wall.
FYI there's no one connect box on the Q75R. Reserved for q80r and up.
That's annoying. I have the previous model - qa65q7fnawxxy and it does. It's brilliant.
Tried a price match at JB. Wouldn’t match. Cost price was $1926
Updated
Further reduction!!!
1564!!!
Finally pulled the trigger.
Oh no. I thought it would not go lower than $1612 so got The Goodguys to price matched yesterday.
Did not know about code FEB2020 and the extra $10.
Why are these prices falling by like $50 every day? Is it like a glitch in the system?
Whatever the reason great price lol. Maybe it will just keep falling. Who knows!!!
1564 for the 65, 3,519 for the 75 and its like 4,500 for the 82.
Painfully annoying when youre after the 75
I am actually after the Q80r in 65 inch but that is double the price of the Q75r in 65 inches :(
Agreed, after 75" now after 65" having a for a while
Anyone have any luck with getting JB to price match at $1544 ($1564 minus $20 for FEB2020 code)?
no longer available?
do people think it will get cheaper?
Bad news for everyone that ordered via appliances online, they don’t have enough stock to fulfil orders so have started issuing refunds. I ordered on Friday and Just received my cancellation email now.
What was your email reference for the order? Mine seems to have gone through and haven’t had any other emails.
Email subject was "Appliances Online - Order Cancellation". I purchased on Friday when it was $1713, so I called up this morning to get them to refund the difference since they dropped it to $1564 but the guy said that they had actually received about 200 orders and could only fulfill about 40 since the model has been superseded and they couldn't get more units in. I then got the email almost straight away after the phone call.
I don't understand why they kept reducing the price since Friday when they don't even have enough units to supply orders made on Friday.
When did you put your order in?About 5 hours ago, I'm just going to sit tight and see what happens.
I don’t think there’s an impending replacement model yet either.
dammmm
Anyone else receive an email or told your order won't be honoured?
Surely they would have let us know by now if we're not getting our TVs.
Would be very annoyed to be told no and miss out on JB's sale tomorrow.
I haven’t received anything yet. A friend had a similar situation happen a while back and they offered a refund or for it to be put on back order.
I also can’t find any evidence that the TV is EOL.
I don't mind being offered a refund within a day or 2 but any longer than that and its really on them to supply.
If not it ties up the monies for another week.
Absolutely. Personally, I’m not in a rush, so I’m ok with waiting for the deal.
The guy that got his cancelled might’ve accidentally suggested he didn’t want it at the $1700 price.
Oh well, time will tell.
I rang them and they said they won't be able to supply it so I cancelled.
When did you put your order in?
When it was 1550 or whatever.
I jumped on the Pana Oled instead.
Which Pana OLED did you get? They all seem quite expensive on the Appliances Online website compared with the 65" QLED.
@ArnoldSchwarzenegger: JB hifi $2500 65inch Oled
Order confirmed email. Ordered 3am Monday.
Purchased last Saturday, got my confirmation email yesterday. Originally scheduled for delivery on the 28th, got an email today saying early delivery available (To Perth). It's now coming next Monday 17th.
Did you end up getting the TV?
@wincied did you end up getting the TV?
Yep sure did!
Tv finally rocked up today. Couldn’t fulfil the Q75, sent me the Q80 instead.
Wow, you got a bargain!
Great price but no stock for 3 weeks.
