Whisk, aka egg beater, was US $0.01 delivered from Chinavasion. The Jamie Oliver whisk is unlikely to be 249 times better than the generic.
Technically 250 times.
1 time as good = just as good
1 time better = twice as good = 2 times as good
249 times better = 1 of Jamie Oliver is as good as 250 of generic

Can vouch for the high quality the Oliver's brand has. Bought the small porcelain ( I think it is) rice cooker about 5 years ago and still using it day to day.
I bought the also discounted Large Baking Tray last time it was $9 and I've been very happy with it.
