This is quite a popular stroller, great for handling rougher tracks.
Have been keeping an eye out for awhile, the normal on special price is $700 and $589 is the best I've seen, unfortunately Amazon doesn't stock this Baby Jogger because they have had some amazing prices on other models.

I agree. Also, despite the name, you shouldn't jog with a Baby jogger pram, but you can with a Bob eg Bob Revolution.
Best thing I love about the Bob revolution pro is everyone in shopping centres run out of the way because it looks like a tank. It would easily take out ankles 😂.
Even people with trolleys move out of the way.
Makes shopping so easy with large crowds, was amazing around Christmas time.
Only thing that's missing is a bell, a really loud one!
I know several people who jog with the baby jogger elite and it holds up fine. Fair enough the other models aren’t suited but the elite is one of the few in the baby jogger range you’d attempt it with

It appears they're making a new model for 2020. Britax is the distributor for Australia. I'm not sure if we'll get the new models. Personally I'm not a fan of the new model.
Weight limit goes from 31.4 to 34kg in the new model. Plastic fantastic prams like bugaboo support up to around 17kg.
Thanks, that does seem like a great purchase but dont think I could swing the wife away from the baby jogger.
@donkcat: They do a baby jogger summit X3 which is more comparable to the rest of the jogging prams.
You can sometimes get these for $680ish.
We had a City Elite and it lasted 7+ years through two kids, no problems at all. Was great to use and carry about.
Even sold ours for $50 in the end if I remember right, still working great.
I think our model had larger rear wheels so that is something that's changed over time. so hopefully quality hasn't dropped.
You can spend a heck of a lot more and get something that's a real pain to cart around. Other friends went for the cheapies but they would never last. Can't go wrong at this price IMO.
