if people have bought from here online, be aware that they send an email saying your order is on its way soon after buying. but 6 working days later i got an email with a tracking number saying the information has just been recieved by Auspost (i.e not picked up yet)

No, I mean the one that says in the first part your order is on its way, sent a day after order. I have copy and pasted below. I only read the first part as all I would need to know is that the order has been sent. Maybe you could remove the first line so it's not confusing?
Also, if you are going to send emails titled 'Loving your New Gear?" and please review your purchase, you may want to wait for customers to receive the items first? And the email titled 'You're welcome gift' didn't have a gift, the 10% welcome discount was in a following email.
