  interesting how they give away free tickets…
  guess its makes sense:
  would assume it comes out of the advertising budgets… as they dont have to spend millions advertising it for the masses.
  allows people to go watch a film they wouldn't normally watch and spread the good news

    Yeah, they tend to do this sort of thing with this sort of film. Death at a funeral (the real one, not the US one) was marketed in much the same way. You wont watch it from an ad on TV, but if someone you know says it was good, you might. So they have to seed the word of mouth.

    Good film none-the-less

    I did! It was great, very entertaining. Saw a dude a few rows ahead of me checking out ozbargain before it started - that made me smile :) prolly hoping to score a touchpad..
