Is pick-up option for the next day or how long does it take to get pickup ready?
Pickup is ready the same day you're notified that it's ready. It is still subject to a similar handling time as other orders, to be fair to other customers in the queue. It just skips build and testing, so 1-2 business days.
I've received my computer but the graphics card isn't working as intended. It is returning a code 43 (Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)) in device manager, the PCI device is also returning 'The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)'.
I've tried uninstalling all the graphics card driver/software and reinstalling to no success.

What's the Galax warranty duration? can't find the exact duration from their site.

The time from order to dispatch is generally 7-10 business days. Unassembled should be closer to 7 than 10 as it skips assembly and testing. Delivery to Vic from SA is generally 1-2 business days. Pick up is from Adelaide only.
