Possibly the cheapest it has been. Less than HN's Boxing Day sale price of $161 and the current EB Games sale $168 price.
The corded G502 Hero is also available for $69 but it's cheaper at EB ($68).

Can't they be programmed (and disabled / programmed to something benign) if they are messing with you?
I have the same wired mouse and I think its fantastic! You can modify the profiles so that they all share the same DPI setting or if you dont use the profiles at all disable them.
As with the other comments, you can program them as other buttons
Every button on the mouse can be reprogrammed. The buttons next to the left click button can be repurposed to not change DPI.
The Logitech G Hub app can be set to change profile based on the game you're in too. So each button will automatically change to whatever you've mapped it to for the specific game.
That's a PEBCAC issue, not a mouse issue.
Just because you're an idiot, doesn't make the mouse bad. In fact, it's one of the best i've ever used.
I used to hit the left side of my wired G502 against my keyboard while gaming - changing the DPI.
I then moved my keyboard out of the way.
Problem resolved. User error!
I've got the G502 Proteus Core and love it, but they seem to have changed the Logitech software, and I am just stupid enough to not be able to work out how to set up my DPI profiles. Can only seem to get it to work if I set it to the onboard memory profiles and nothing else.
You can pick up the same mouse but in a wired version for $69 too.

Wireless can be nice and I had a G703 mouse for a while, but battery life was a little annoying (not bad by far), but I found myself having the micro usb cable sitting at the end of the desk ready to plug in when it displays the battery warning, I ran the wireless mouse without the RGB on too, so battery would've been worse with it on. The G502 mouse is very nice, wireless or wired. 11 separate buttons that can be repurposed for whatever you want it to do.
Reason why i didn't highlight the wired version $68 at EB - https://www.ebgames.com.au/product/pc/247076-logitech-g502-h…
Great mouse
i can vouch for this mouse. Purchased during the boxing day sales (sad face cos i got it for $161) and I have never looked back. In my opinion, hands down the best mouse you can own. Even the wife loves it. Winning on all levels!
How does this compare against the Corsair Ironclaw RGB wireless?
Amazon pls
They havent dropped the price yet. Still $165
I ended up buying the new g604 because I thought the price for this mouse wouldn't come down so quickly.
Boy was I wrong.
How does this compare to the G500s, is this considered the direct replacement?
How does this compare to the Logitech MX Master 2s?
Price matched by JB Hifi Belmont (WA). They were not very happy to do it, but they did. (https://www.jbhifi.com.au/products/logitech-g502-lightspeed-…)
i got the wire one, i certainly dont recommend it. two buttons for dpi keep messing my dpi. i have not idea how so many people across the internet say its the best gaming mouse
