I think I screwed up by putting it in the “my coupons” under my account as opposed to the checkout page.
Dunno it just said “expired” but still worked when I used it at checkout so why not lol

Used both coupons for 2 orders, and both orders were automatically closed due to 'security concerns'. Refunds pending. Anyone else has this problem??
Neither of these work for me. I just get the same message when attempting to add it at the basket/checkout promo code:
"To protect the security of your account, the request can't be processed at this time"
I've seen that message a few times, usually when I log in to my second account shortly after logging out of my original account or while using a VPN.
Can you try a different device or maybe clear browser history/cookies.
Hmm - unfortunately didn't work when I shifted to mobile - either in browser, or via the app.
