Good price for brand new, you can get a refurbished pair (with full warranty) from the Sennheiser Outlet Shop for $149.95.
Personally, I find myself not using my pair as they're a bit too small for both my head and ears - I'm typing this wearing a pair of TaoTronics TT-BH060 ($68 on sale from Amazon) while my HD 4.50BTNC's sit on my desk. Sound-wise I can't really tell the difference between the two sets.
I have the 4.40 (no noise cancelling). Great pair of cans as far as wireless goes. These might and mine do allow a wired connection, but I've never bothered except to test - not much difference, in my opinion.
I like these head phones.
