Gave mine 6 months use before returning it for an Orion.
The prob with Swann is I found the app was hit-n-miss, not sure if it was because you are meant to avoid placing it on a metal frame door (sheesh) or if there was interference with Wi-Fi signal.
Found their servers slow in response and didn't advise if there was an outage, so took too long to connect remotely, so the app timed out when connecting.
Battery lasted about a month (took nearly 6-9 hours to charge) with an average of 5 visitors a week, so not a lot of use.
The chime was good though, nice & loud.is the orion better? which model?

Battery life is way better, though the PIR set to low still defects down the driveway, across the street! 😳 I could turn if off, still under review for another month.
