      As my understanding you can't use sofastream for juice,etc. As I remember I watched a youtube video they can use the machine to do anything, juice, wine, coke.

        No don't do it.
        I did it in my science degree using the uni labs…

        You'll end up with a thick curded mass of shit because you've caused the proteins to denature and coagulate.

        I ended up trying to convince my mates to drink it for $50 but the closest I got was someone taking a tiny sip licking it and even then he said it was foul. Sour milk yay.

            @Yummy: Haha Milkis is really good (can find in Korean markets).
            I had Milkis in mind when I was bored and carbonated milk but obviously didn't turn out like how I expected it… (I also used a truckload of CO2 so if anyone attempts to recreate what I did you'd have a use quite a lot.. it would be like a quarter of a sodastream canister at least).
