Might be cheaper after delivery depending where you live. I checked the binglee site and it's $29 cheaper but $40 for delivery to Melbourne.
Hardly Normal is $15 cheaper and $59 delivery
1849 @costco
that requires a membership.
But can use price to price beat or match
If there’s a picture of tv priceNo you can't. They won't match a membership price.
@scuderiarmani: They do for me iv done it it jb tgg hn iv done it on coffe machines Xbox one x consoles air fryers
@Dex38313: You'd be the exception. Many here wouldn't have been so lucky.
@scuderiarmani: I've done this also.
Which after $60 is still notably cheaper.
Sign up and cancel membership with in year. 60$ will be refund.
How do you know?
How do we show this price to assist price match? Catalogue just shows as $600 off
any link or pic?
Can confirm $1849
Just stopped at ringwood to check
Not sure how to add a pic though here?
These have reviewed pretty poorly haven't they?
Uh, no? Very highly regarded.
I have 65 X85G and am blown away by the picture. Got it for $1,350 delivered and couldn't be happier. What website reviews are you referring to?
1350 Where from?
CR, Amex offer with price match through Sony online. Think it worked out a tad cheaper actually! Looks quite likely you'll see it at around 1,200 tomorrow? Seen a few offers that are about to get close
Maybe I had the wrong model in mind, but I thought I read lots of people saying they'd sacrificed in lots of ways to try and achieve wide viewing angles.
That's only on the 75 and 85 inch models
Have you watched 'Witcher' on Netflix and observed any backlight bleed and cloudy issues? My 75X8500G has a very bad backlight bleed and cloudy issues when watching dark scenes of 'Witcher'…
Nah I can't say I have, I did edit the settings as I found the colour to be off. I enjoy watching lost in space and haven't found any issue with the dark scenes
That’s because it’s an IPS display and is expected to have bleeding and clouding.
The TV in the deal here is not IPS and does not have bleeding or clouding. It will have some backlight blooming in some HDR content though however that’s just the nature of FALD LCDs.
Rtings review looks good.
just the sound and wide angles is bad
Bing Lee have it for $1970 but you can get 2.5% off via Shopback making it $1920.75 even if you add delivery ($40) still works out cheaper ($1,960.75) if you're happy to wait for the cashback claim.
Would like to got this tv. Had a look at few online reviews and they mentioned issues with sound quality.
Can someone please share their experiences?Yeah, I read similar reviews but bought one anyway as I had a sound system on existing tv that I could use?
Turned out to be unnecessary as the built in sound is actually quite good. Coming from a 55 in Sony I can say this series has an excellent picture and colours out of the box.
My only disappointment is having bought it before this latest price drop! No other regrets. If it makes you feel any better, it's back to $2500 now.
Lol, jumping for joy, it’s showing as $3199 on the Sony store link :-)
If anyone can still get it for less than $2K, go for it, it’s a bargain!
FYI, was able to get Sony (online) to match the price at videopro - came down to $1968 with free delivery.
Hi How long until they reply on the price match, thank you
When I did it, they replied the next day.
Thank you so much for the quick reply. I asked yesterday but still have not heard from them today. Possibly it is sunday. Ill check tomorrow. Have a great weekend
Thanks. 😊
