Anyone think we’ll see a better price on a One S? Buying one for one of the kids and an X isn’t required. Amazon and Target are $249 but no games.
Probably the best deal lately with a game. Has great resale value at the moment so you can always sell the game here/Gumtree/FB pretty easily and get the cost of the console down even further.
Same not sure to buy One S now or wait a few days.

The X is an awesome machine, but I bet whoever owns it will get shafted next year when the next console gets released. Hopefully the new games will run on it too, but I'm not holding my breath.
That or hopefully there'll be some good trade in deals.

12TF for the Series X, puts it at the rtx20xx range. Not to mention the huge update in CPU tech, I’d say it’s more than just an upgrade. In fact Mr Xbox himself says twice as powerful.
Do we know how much it'll cost yet? I'd assume closer to $1k right?
Next gen consoles are already confirmed to be using the same games as the one, one s and one X.

Not a bad deal but keep in mind anthem is only worth $5
So has EB Games just given up on selling the One X? They are $80 more (20%) above this price and surely there aren't too many people who are that stupid these days to not check prices online.
Only reason I care is that I've got a heap of EB gift cards to cash put, was hoping to use them on a console but they are just so far from competitive it crushes my soul to reward them.
Honestly, if you haven't got an XB1X yet, certainly it is not a must for you. So either wait till all the boxing day sale deals are out and see if there is one that's acceptable or wait for XBox Series X.
Cyberpunk 2077 is the last worthwhile title before series X. With RDR2 already out on PC, unless XB1X is well priced, it is not really worthwhile to get it now.
No it's not a priority, between running a business and two small children there isn't a lot of time left for gaming, but I do want to play the last couple of halo games at some point, and I'm not going to shell out $800 or whatever it's going to be for the Series X when it arrives. I'd happily hold off until the end of next year when the Series X is released to get a One X but I'm concerned that EB will go to the wall like so many other retailers and these gift cards will be useless.
