*See the Subscribe & Save deal for instructions on how non-Prime members can essentially get free delivery for a one-off order, even if it's less than $39.

Works out to ~97.5¢ per bottle. This is way better than Coles' current special price of $1.15 and this years' all time low of $1.10

Note that there is no cashback if you Subscribe & Save. However, the cashback rate would have to be more than 11% to beat Sub & Save's discount of 10% (see the table below), as the cashback is calculated using the ex-GST price. Since the rate is currently 7% for both Cashrewards and ShopBack, using Sub & Save results in a lower effective price.

Original Price Sub & Save % off Calculation Final Effective Price
$12.99 10% $12.99×(1−.10) $11.69
Cashback %
$12.99 7% $12.99×(1−.07÷1.1) $12.16
$12.99 11% $12.99×(1−.11÷1.1) $11.69
$12.99 12% 12.99×(1−.12÷1.1) $11.57

    How good is this?

And what if the price is different on the day of delivery when using subscription… will i be charged a higher price?

    • This is price for your first order, and what I and most seem to be doing is cancelling subscription when order has shipped or arrived.

      Good question.

From Help: About Subscribe & Save: Will the discounts ever change?

      • The percentage discounts above are applied to the item price on the day each Subscribe & Save order is placed to calculate the discount you receive.
      • Your first Subscribe & Save order is placed when you sign up for the subscription. Later orders are placed as they are shipped.
      • If the price of the item increases or decreases, the amount you're charged may also increase or decrease.

So the first delivery is charged at the current one-time purchase price less 10%. Subsequent deliveries will be charged at whatever the one-time purchase price (less 10%) is at the time they are shipped. If it has increased then, yes, you will be charged a higher price. (If it has decreased, you will be charged a lower price.)

But as nepalesesquirrel has already mentioned, you can cancel the order before the second delivery and Sub & Save again when required and/or when the price is good. (Note: Cancelling might possibly also allow for more than one delivery per month.)

I've updated the Subscribe & Save deal with this extra info.

  • Oh this stuff is horrible, sorry to say.
I got it as a Coles freebie and it's still in the fridge mostly full lol.

You kidding? I love this shit.

      • To be fair, mineral water isn't something I'd go for anyway. I only got it because it was free haha

        • There are two sorts of people in this world with respect to mineral water. Those who love the stuff and those who loath it. (I fall into the latter category, apparently the same as you 😉)

Edit: Damn! Just accidentally revoked my upvote on the deal whilst checking the votes. Well, I did just write that I loathed mineral water. That's karma for you I suppose. LOL

@robinCTS: Ahahaha that sucks you revoked your own post! But yeah I guess if you don't like it anyway 😅

This give sodastream and it’s flavours a run for its money! 😅

  • The orange mango and the orange passion fruit ones both use carmine (colour 120), which is made from scale insects.

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carmine

    • Is that a bad thing? It's natural, at least.

      • Of course it's a bad thing, people should be informed if bugs are a deliberately included constituent of their food.

Plus, there's evidence that remnants of their shells can induce allergic reactions.

"Natural"? Cancer's natural (and safe for others to consume). Doesn't mean it should be included in food without sufficient notice.

Besides, artificial red, derived from petroleum byproducts, is safe to consume in the quantities it was present in food, and claims of hyperactivity were nothing more than applied belief, combined with children being happy to get lollies.

    • Which flavour is coloured with cockroaches ?

      • If there wasn't cheaper alternatives for yellowy-brown, you can be sure they'd be used for it, too!
