Seems to be working for 186 Sussex Street, Sydney (Allianz Centre) and 320 Harris Street, Darling Harbour car parks from my testing.
Depends on the car park. Some are 5pm, others are 6pm start. End time is whenever the car park closes, not sure for 24 hour car parks.

FYI 320 Harris is a shocker of a car park. Difficult to navagate and lots of reserved spots so prepare to go high to find a spot if you can at all. They don't guarantee you a spot when you reserve so u still need to get in early for busy event nights.
The wilson carpark darling square is $10 after 5pm weekday

Do yourself a favour if they offer valet cause even if you book you’re not guaranteed a spot and they will offer valet - ask for a refund and drive out of there.
Their staff are a bunch of incompetent pricks who can carelessly lose your keys.
