Can they be bagged in 500g bags? I appreciate selling extra 500g bags for $1 but you then have to open the 1kg bag which exposes all of the beans to oxygen. Sealing 500g of it back up will help but surely that hit of oxygen will be really bad for it.

  Enjoy your holiday :) Yes we usually have a deal running but it would be better to purchase at the time that you need it rather than in advance as coffees change and it saves confusion or orders getting missed during the busy period.

  I believe that the link that I provided in the previous thread for 4 x 480g is active until the 12th January which is when we open in the New Year and a new deal will get launched. We will keep our eyes open for orders placed whilst we are closed between 20th Dec and 12 Jan Christmas break and may pop in and roast and ship at some stage during this period anyway as we are staying local for Christmas :)
