  What's people's opinions on the future prices of 3DS games now that the 3DS has been axed and the 2DSes are all but axed? Is there an expectation that prices will drop like other mainstream consoles (xbox/ps4)? Or will good games continue to be in demand and eventually appreciate? I have been trying to work this out, but considering the switch has been out over 2 years (maybe 3 now?) some games are still very expensive. Even Mariokart for the original Wii is still $58 at EB!?

    prices will pretty much stay the same. if you after a particular game it might be best to op for a second hand copy.

    There is a difference between asking for $58 and actually selling for $58 but yes, historically most nintendo plublished games for most of it's systems have maintained high value, of course they get a little lower after a few years but then start going back up as they get much older.
