Getting close to previous levels, may be worth waiting for boxing day sales & a bigger eBay code discount

The C9 55inch is $2180, but less of a deal at that price.
Good Guys will do it for $2080
I picked up a 65B9 last week for $2400 with the Bing Lee eBay sale.
Once set up properly, I can barely tell the difference between my C9 and this. Maybe the C9 is a bit brighter but it wouldn't be by much.Almost impossible to tell even side by side from my experience.
Even LG say as much.

Though you are right, the brightness is the main difference.

Those comparisons are for the B8/C8.
Presumably motion looks better on the C9 for some video content typically films (framerate divides evenly into 120 but not 60) and motion should appear to have less blur if it is not divisible into 120 unless I'm misunderstanding black frame insertion.
If you use the TV as a PC (and possibly next generation consoles which are due next year) games monitor the C9 makes much more sense as an upgrade with 120Hz and G-sync.
can anyone tell me the width of the leg stand on the 65 inch b9/c9?
Safe to buy from the ebay stores such as appliancesonline, etc?
Would JBHIFI provide a better warranty or support if anything goes wrong?
I own a 55" C9 OLED, purchased it black friday for $1712 from JB.
Absolutely phenomenal tv, super smooth picture quality and the upscaling on normal TV is a huge improvement over my Samsung KS9500.
Only thing I'm really scared of is screen burn in. I keep reading so many articles about it and I do believe it's a thing. No warranty covers it either. So best not to game on it or watch news channels or use it as a PC monitor.
LG will change your screen from burn in, even after the 1 year manufacturer's warranty is over, 1 time only. I called them and they confirmed this over the phone. I recorded the phone call.
Boxing Day hurry up!
