This card is confusingly not as fast as yesterday's deal despite the similar packaging/form factor (150MB/s vs 90MB/s read and 70MB/s vs 40MB/s write), but still great for those who prefer having multiple smaller cards over a single large card. Next nearest price is $12.01 according to Static Ice.

  • Read Speed: up to 90 MB/s
  • Write Speed: up to 40 MB/s
  • Video Speed: Class 10, U3, V30
  • Form Factor: SDHC
  • Capacity: 32 GB

The reason why many photographers prefer cards with less storage over more is that if there is a card failure the potential data loss is less. Also, the reason why full sized SD cards are preferred over micro SD cards is due to physical robustness (larger contacts), physical reliability (no additional adaptor that can potentially fail) and ergonomics (micro SD cards being much easier to drop/lose)

  • Seems to be expired, coming up at $15.99 for me.

    • Huh must have been a pricing error then. Hope a few OzBargainers scored a deal before it got shut down.

Edit: Looks like Amazon's algorithm is showing a 3rd party fulfilment ahead of Amazon AU's listing. Just scroll down to see additional buying options.
