Hi guys. First post hope I'm doing this right. Not sure how long these are going to be at this price but they are usually around $12. I noticed today they were on the shelf for only $3.97. This is for the "light" version only, the regular flavour is full price.
I've tried both they are very similar in taste.

    Looking at the sugar content (5.8g per bottle), no more than about 5 bottles a day for females, and no more than 7 bottles a day for males. This is assuming you have absolutely no other sugar content throughout the day.

    Recommnedations are from the American Heart Association (37.5g for males, 25g for females)
