Offer valid until 5 January. Limited to the first 40,000 Cards. Exclusions apply.

        No, since you would be going through a different payment gateway (ie. through Amex directly rather than through PayPal).

    Anyone know if you can use the $20 new user sign up voucher with this too?
    I think at least 100$ needs to be on the Amex but anyone know if the $20 can be combined?
    Cash rewards is also offering 9% on the iconic I think.
