For those zoos, yes. The other 2 that are participating are doing the standard BOGOF offer.
Also, the wording on the title confused me - it's not an "Australia Zoo" in Taronga and Healesville; it's Australia Zoo, Taronga Zoo and Healesville Sanctuary. 3 very different zoos.
Well, considering that's a Govt. initiative, realistically never. But it's valid weekends, school and public holidays.
If you plan on taking the family to Healesville Sanctuary, on a weekend or holiday, with this voucher you would only have to pay for 1 adult (assuming standard family: 2 adults + children of course……).

For Taronga Zoos. Not so good if you got small kids (under 4) as they are free
