then it applies the Discount of -$168

Was looking at getting this but than I saw a comparison photo between this and the nest hub max and decided to wait for a deal for the max as that’s much better for me in regards to displaying photos. Hopefully someone will have it on a good special today :)

It's 1 price for 2 items, in retail speak that's a bundle. When I worked at EB Games we wouldn't match "bundles" like this either, unless they are actually packaged as one SKU

I ordered a bundle to click and collect on Friday, went to pick it up today and was told that my order only had one for $168 not two. Basically tried to force me to take it.
Now I have to deal with Harvey Norman online who aren’t responding, looks like this turned out to be false advertising.

No it’s not, I added the bundle but the order only processed one instead of two. So far the store is referring me to the online to sort it out and the online is referring me to the store.
Turning out to not be worth buying things from Harvey Norman.
I think it's because you have to add two to your cart, and then it discounts - you can't just add one and they give you the second one automatically. Easiest thing would be to cancel and get a refund, and then do it again but add two items. It's $188 so not as good a deal, but might salvage the situ for you

I've had the worst online experience. never again will I order from hn even to save a few bucks. I recommend people think twice before buying online. I feel there systems and processes are 10 years old.
