No, the whole point of Plus was free post. Can confirm it says free post
What I'm asking is how are the sellers able to list the item with a postage cost and still get the eBay plus badge?
It's only free post for ebay plus subscribers. There's still a postage charge put there by the sellers which is covered by ebay. That's how it was originally however it changed and now I can't seem to list small items with a postal charge and get an ebay plus badge.
Not sure, maybe there's some secret criteria in order to keep the listing as Plus with a postage charge.
I'm hoping for a SS 2for1 or 3for1 repeat deal some time soon
Three for on is still live at SS though only have 32GB micro-sd's
Two for one is available at apusexpress which has a better selection
Officeworks has this one for $13, not as cheap, but you can pick it up in store.. Oddly its almost $2 cheaper than the 32gb

Is this good for dash cams?
Didn't ebay stop subsidising the postage cost for plus listings? How do these sellers keep it going? I tested it on a few different listings as a seller and once you put in a postage cost it automatically removes the eBay plus attribute from the listing. How do these sellers do it?
