I normally use Cash Rewards and all my Cotton On purchases are approved regardless of coupons used. I'm not sure if Shopback would approve this. I will edit title.

That’s interesting. I received this code in an email from Cotton On. It was in apology for an item ordered being out of stock. I’ve used it and received approved cash back from CR a few times over the past year. But, haven’t used it with ShopBack.
