      I got a refund confirmation on paypal within a day after that previous 75inch TV deal fiasco, so I think you should contact then immediately. It happened to me with JB HIFI. Price error so they refused to honor it and said that they would refund it within 5 business days. It never arrived and after two weeks, I finally contacted them and got a refund the very next day. Their explanation was that they tried refunding it but it couldn't get processed. Pretty lame excuse because shouldn't they contact me if it REALLY couldn't get processed.

      Called them today. Customer service said they "forgot" to refund or tell me about cancelled order. Will be done next week.

    Copied and Pasted from Rtings.com, reviewed in Aug 28, 2017 so quite an old model nowadays.

    'It features a wider color gamut for vibrant HDR content and very low input lag for responsive gaming. Unfortunately, its blacks are not very uniform, and its picture quality deteriorates even at a slight angle.'

    'The TCL has below-average handling of motion. It has an average response time, causing some visible trails to appear behind fast-moving objects.'

    TL;DR:
    'The TCL is decent for a mixed usage. Its contrast is good, and it features a wide color gamut for HDR. Unfortunately, though, its motion and uniformity of the blacks leave a lot to be desired.'

      "Who knows" what panel is in this. They never tell you. You have to try it yourself.

      It could be a completely different TV sold under the same model number in a different country, or between years.

    I can't recommend anything from the GG. I'm still waiting for my 85" TCL purchased 3/11/2019 and time is running out to claim the $300 cashback from the manufacturer.

      Maybe phone TGG them and ask for the serial/invoice & contact TCL by email to ask if they would accept that delivery is delayed and how you can ensure you grab your $300 cashback, as anyone can see that would be a deciding factor for such a large purchase.

      I'm also still waiting for my 75" TCL purchased 2/11, and I'm going to lose the $100 cashback if they don't deliver it within the next week.

      Pathetic customer service by TCL and The Good Guys.

      Me too waiting for 85, I am going to cancel & get refund tomorrow as there is no stock and earliest delivery will be around mid December as per TCL and GG. Dont want to risk with TCL in getting the cash back

    There was a TLC tv at a hotel I stayed at recently. Screen colour was terrible. No optical port. I probably wouldn't buy one without going to the store and having a look first

    Was at Quest Newquay last night, thought the TCL there was pretty good on HD FTA. Under 1k for a 70" TV is hard to ignore…

    Just a word of warning TCL don't honour their warranty, they just stop responding, currently going through small claims to get them to honour it which will hardly be worth it.
