Just got this in my email. It is probably targetted and the bonus points varies like before.
I have not been scanning my FLYBUYS card for a few mths. And now I've got a lower spend to get $50 back which meets my budget.
Check your emails guys!

I've got a few stacked activations like some points for cheese, Earth cleaning products, etc.
How do you know it worked for the week?
I had another 2000 points for $70 activated, which it credited, but do they stack or did it ignore the weekly spend transaction?Any points bonuses you have activated should be fine to stack and achieve in one shop
I'm not seeing the offer anymore under activated offers, is that normal?
We're only in week 2 right?
Funny you should ask that, I noticed the same thing so I rang up Flybuys. They told me that the activation disappears after the first week but I should keep shopping as per usual. Check your original emails - (I've one that says "activated"). If there is any issue at the end I will show them my email, and my activites, to prove I've fulfilled requirements . Flybuys is a bit of a dogs breakfast compared to Woolies in their record keeping.
Another thing I've noticed - I spent my minimum amount today but the receipt doesn't say "Congratulations, you've completed week 2" or whatever. It's the first time that it hasn't appeared on the receipt. I double-checked that I scanned my flybuys card for both weeks. So yeah…weird.
I’ve had that happen before. It usually comes out in the wash but they like to keep you guessing.
Keep the receipt and give them a call if you're worried.
Happened to me today too. No "congratulations" at the bottom of the receipt like usual.
Flybuys have been stuffing me around for the past couple of months. I've had to take photos of all my receipts recently just in case they don't award points. Last week had to get points manually added for a bonus promo that they confirmed was activated and qualified successfully.
Woolies system is so much better.
Cheers for the heads up all, had the same thing and got worried.
@NeedWifeForVeryCheap: Glad I rang, I felt like a bit of a Wally doing it, though. “Jordan” was very nice about it, sounds like they get the query a few times. Would be nice if they put it in their FAQ, or didn’t make it disappear,
@try2bhelpful: @try2bhelpful So I just done my Week 2 shop & it seems to have worked according to the bottom of my receipt, still doesn't show on my Flybuys account but not too worried after reading all your comments. I'll just make sure to keep receipts in case any mishaps :)
@NeedWifeForVeryCheap: Do you have an email that says “activated”? when I went back to check the offer that is what mine showed. I figure that is something I can argue with if they give me grief.
I’ll be overseas for the full week4 of this promo. Their Ts&Cs say “Eligible Coles Online orders must be placed and delivered or collected within the weekly dates to qualify”. Are there any digital deliveries on Coles Online? Could you top up your Opal online? Or could I get a physical gift card delivered to my neighbours?
If your neighbours are nice people why don’t you give them your card and ask them to get you a bunch of toilet paper, some clothes washing powder etc. you can offer to buy something for them, at the same time, as a thank-you. Check if gift cards are part of the promo.
My offer has seem to disappeared after i qualified after 2 weeks.
Go back and check if you have the “activated” email. I rang the help desk and they told me the notice disappears from your account after the first week but to keep shopping. If you have the “activated” email and do the four weeks you have the proof to show you’ve qualified.
Yes I always take a screen shot from the flybuys site where it says offer activated and my name on the page.
I would do the four weeks, the odds are the points will appear - if not then you have proof you activated and spent the qualifying amount.
That's normal. Keep shopping each week and keep your receipts. And by the way, it should say on each receipt that you have done that week's shopping and you're on your way to earn 10,000 points or something along those lines. Check your receipts for that and the fact you didn't forget to scan your Flybuys card at some stage (your Flybuys card number should be printed on the receipt any time you scan it at the checkout).
One time I was doing the 4 week offer and for the first 2 weeks the receipt stated
Congratulations just X more week to go. Your week x qualifying shop is registered
but then it stopped and I did not get the 10k points.I called them up and the operator said he could not understand what went wrong, only maybe that I purchased a gift card the 3rd week (but I have done that before without issue). He had to escalate and I got the points within the week. In this case it was clear that I had activated the offer and the all 4 spends appeared in the online statement. Some people have commented that they were told they did not activate the offer and this is where it"s good to keep a screen shot.It wasn't always "normal". It used to stay in activated offers but that's changed over the last few months.
Disappeared and re appeared for me too. Still got my 75,000 points after a few days from my
Week 4 shop
The happenings of the disappear / reappear is there only to confuse people and benefits them if people stop after the half way mark thinking it hasn't been activated probably .
Another Corp Scumbag tactic !
BTW a respectable company trying to ripoff the milk tax from the farmers of over 5 mil with their hands caught in the cookie jar .Or maybe just a computer glitch.
Or like WW who underpaid staff…you don’t become major without scamming someone at some point
I got my points so the missing "activated" wasn't an issue.
