sorry nope, due to MTHFR only take activated folate and b12 and life extension has both and also I'm a female.
What are you taking a multi for? If you have something specific you want, I'd recommend buying the specific vitamin. If you aren't sure get a blood test and look into vitamins and minerals that people are often deficient in i.e. magnesium.

I used to buy sports supps but now mostly the occasional vitamins.
Melatonin is cheap, if you're into that.
I often buy magenisum citrate - for sleep and mood and melatonin 300mcg (less is more)- if my sleeping schedule is off.
I used to buy cerave products but I've found them cheaper at chemist warehouse.I sometimes buy other supplements from nootropics depot. I've found bacopa(memory) and ashwagandha(stress) to be good.
