      • ran it on IE and the error actually is you already have 5 plans. I think we need to call up and get those old sims closed off

        • This is difficult because I don't keep track of the numbers… 6 months is it? For numbers to be recycled automatically.

    As I remember with Catch connect I can always use the same email address but just activate it with a new number it will still consider as new service.

    But can I use the same cashrewards account?

        • I've only ever purchased one per deal through cashrewards so I can't comment on purchasing multiples per deal.

              @superforever: More than one purchase per Cashrewards account is perfectly fine provided (1) you fulfil the Catch Connect/Cashrewards terms for the promo, and (2) you don't engage in fraudulent behaviour.

  • Can't seem to buy it on the Catch connect website, it says - "There was a problem with your credit card payment. Please try again and if you continue to have problems contact your bank" - Tried with 2 different cards and same error. Both the cards are fine and have funds in them, not sure why this error? Anyone else having the same error?

    Edit - NVM, tried on a mobile phone. Went through fine.

  • So if I am currently with Catch & it expires at the end of this month is there anyway I can get this deal. Is a new service just a new number so I can order it now or does it have to be a new account with unique address & identification used?

    • Yes you can get this deal and keep your current number if you like You need to purchase it with a new email address (i.e. new account) but all other details can be kept the same. If you want to keep your number then you will also need to order a free Telstra sim (from here: https://www.telstra.com.au/mobile-phones/prepaid-mobiles/2-p…). Then a couple of days before your current plan is due to expire, port out to Tesltra (select any plan on Telstra when you sign up but no need to recharge it). Then once you are active with Telstra, port back to Catch Connect.

      You've got 30 days to activate from purchase date, then 30 days to use it from activation date.
