Referred someone.
They got a message saying that credit would be applied to first trip.
Still waiting on said credit to be applied.
To add insult to injury they charged a $1 authorisation fee to credit card.
No way to contact Ola except email (no reply) or calling an overseas number.
Has anyone else had a similar experience?
