      • Just worked it out. With GST it's ~$354 or A$518 which is still very good value. Delayed gratification with free shipping.

        • Add DHL shipping for around $13. Would be quicker.

  • Awesome price on the 9t pro, wowee. Probably my favorite phone ever.

  • How many Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 4+64GB will they sell at this price US $116 (AU $169)?

I ask because if it was like the ebay hourly deals it would be sold out in 30 seconds and would have wasted a lot of time trying to buy this phone

    • Have updated OP, see description for an explanation.

      • +1

        Thank you.

The promocode "NOTE11" discounts the price by USD $49

Price should increase by USD$49 (AUD$71) after the first 100 units are sold out.

        Kindly update the post.

        • Updated OP. Thanks :)

  • Super confused. Does xiaomi have an official store on AliExpress?

  • can anyone post the link for :Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro 6+128GB US $322 (AU $468) . See the tittle but no link provided in description.

    • The link is under the thumbnail - Click on 'Go to deal'

      • FYI The link you tagged is still expensive
        (363.68 -30-6-3 = 324.68).

This link is even cheaper and more stock
        (357.99 -30-6-3 = 319)

        https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4000096785995.html?spm=a2g0o…

        • Your link includes $2 coupon for new users which mine doesn't. If you take away the $2 new user coupon my link for blue is the same price.

The other colours are cheaper from your link so good find, you should post it as a new deal.

  • How do you add coupons on AliExpress? (first time user here). I can't seem to add the coupons (unless they only become available on 11/11?)

    • +3

Get Select & Ali Coupons by clicking on red & orange tabs see here Add item to cart, select buy from this seller, the Select & Ali Coupons will be applied automatically. You can then enter coupon BIGSALE11 in promo code see here

      • Thanks for the clear instructions but I get "No coupons available" at the checkout even though I select them before I add to cart? Price shows as $449.25 USD (before applying BIGSALE11) and it looks like you can only apply one promo code at a time?

        • +1

          Starts 7pm tonight :)

  • Would you go a mi 9t pro or a Samsung galaxy S10e?

    • 9tPro. Better processor (assuming you buy AU stock with exynos for S10e), no camera cutout and cheaper.

      • This 9T model only got 64GB though and probably not expandable (don't quote me on that).

        • Isn't it 128 GB? And 6gb ram

          9t pro

Your taking about 9t which is a shat

  • Has anyone claimed TRS for stuff bought on Ali Express? Just trying to check my previous orders and I cannot see a GST invoice with a ABN number associated to the order.

Will I need to ask for a tax invoice? Does anyone has any experience with it via Ali Express?

    • Yeah nah mate, anything from AE won't have a GST invoice. None of the sellers on there are Aussie.

      • +1

Ali Express seems to be charging GST for all transactions so it seems a bit dodgy that they are not providing the GST tax invoice to customer.

        • Happens on eBay too.

        • +1

I doubt they're actually passing it on to the govt.

  • "11.11 Sale Starts 12:00am PT - 7:00pm AEDT"

-PT is "Pacific time" (West coast of the USA)
    -12AM PT is 6:30pm CST / 7pm EST

    Hey all,

I'm trying to enter those coupon codes, none of them work.

The deal says on 11/11 between 12am and 7pm…what gives?

    Working for anyone else?

    • +1

      Starts tonight 7pm

  • +1

Wonder if someone can link me to the mi 9T Pro 256GB 8GB RAM version please..

  • Are these global versions?

    • Note 8 is Global version as per the listing on AE.

  • -1

How do the 'Select Coupons' work? Then I got to checkout page (trial run only), there's an option for Select Coupons but says 'non available'

  • "AUD based on current Mastercard rate, price includes GST and shipping."

Is AU$468 the final price inclusive of GST and shipping?

    • +1

Yes final price. Just make sure your username checks out and be ready to purchase at 7pm or the Russian bots will use up all the coupons.

      • I can see only small value coupons like $6 off $65. Does it mean all the $30 off coupons are gone, or are those coupons only available when it goes live?

        • +1

All coupons go live at 7pm and it's $6 per every $65.

  • +1

    Ok help guys please.

    Mi 9t pro $465~

    OnePlus 7t $656~ after 11%promo

    Or 7 pro $780~ after 11 %promo

Inner tightness is leaning to 9t pro but me likey the OnePlus

    • +1

You can get the Mi 9T and flash Pixel Experience ROM or HAVOC-OS for a better software experience

    • +1

You are talking of around 300 dollar difference mate. Main difference is screen resolution, refresh rate, speakers and network bands. All the internals are almost alike so you decide if that's worth the difference.

      • That's true. I'm with Telstra so I don't think the band's will matter

But that 90hz though… And 855plus. I know it's a bump 10%~ but that Jerry rig thing scared me about that

I think 7 pro is out

        It's between 7t and mi9t pro ….

  • +3

Note 8 instantly sold out? I Had it in cart but code was invalid at 7:00

    • It worked for me but the other code didn't work, $250 wasn't good enough for me to bite. After trying a bit more the code was exhausted.

    • Ditto

    • Same here, got added to cart and instantly became unavailable 🤔

  • +6

Promo code BIGSALE11 does not work

    • Yes, the Ali charlatans tell me the code is not valid. Way to go losers.

  • +7

None of the codes worked for me. What about you guys?

    • Nope ::(

this code backitnewall11 took $7 off the redmi note 8 4gb 64gb comes out $166, but it isnt cheap enough for me still. https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4000266669601.html?spm=a2g0o…

      • Yeah $7 isn't much compared to the original deal. I wouldn't bother

    • +2

Same sentiments. I'm wondering what's the point of having such a sale where nothing works and only bots manage to buy.

      • +3

Yeah. My first time participating in this sort of flash deal at aliexpress.

        Disappointing to say the least

  • +2

I couldn't see the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 for $149 at exactly 7pm (had it in cart). The $225AUD/153USD price tier was available sold out in under 80 seconds.
Edit: at 7:16pm, the blue and white are available again at the $225 price.

  • Well that was over quickly, she said.

  • Applied code for Note 8 multiple times at sharp 7pm but never worked.

    • Same sentiments

  • +3

Had everything in the cart, the Mi9t in black was gone instantly.
Not too mention that the codes failed completely and the prices immediately jumped up.

  • +2

    codeclimaxfail

  • When does the Note 8 start? Its confusing.
Also none of the Codes worked😥

    • Looks like all codes had a very short lifespan.

  • +2

all 3 codes not working anymore?

    ILOVEAE20 still works

  • +2

Looks like this deal is a dud!
Showed up as AU $359 for me with some coupon codes, then glitched out and the price increased.

  • +1

all the codes were junk for me :/

  • +1

So who did boarden it ???

  • Don't know what happened. I put in the codes for the Redmi Note 8, but stuff didn't really work. Prices jumped from high to low to high as I was trying and retrying codes.

Amyways, ended up buying the it for ~160 USD. Good price??? Please get back to me so I cancel if not.

    • $160 USD, Not a deal at all.

      • It's usually around $200+ USD I thought?

      • +1

Yep, you're right. Not a deal. This whole thing is a bit of dud.

    • $160USD isn't bad

  • Note 11 is not a valid promo code for the Redmi?

  • +4

Should be marked invalid deal. What a waste of time.

    • +6

What's the point of having such a sale where nothing works and only bots manage to buy. Very annoying it was.
It needs to be marked as invalid. I agree.

      • Exactly…. Farce of deal… 👎 nonen of the codes worked!

  • Wtf man I tried to get the 9t pro and none of the codes are working. Checkout 550…. Zzzzzz

    • same here, can't stack code as well. What a waste of time.

  • +1

Bulls**t sale where no codes worked(all tried) even though I tried within the first minute.

  • coupons was a bad strategy.. disappeared quick.

    should use Shopback cashback only

  • None of the codes worked for me. Had everything in my cart ready to go at 7pm on the dot. In the cart, the Redmi note 8 was never priced at 147, came up at 154 one time, 169 another time. Tried every code more than once with different colour models selected. Nothing worked. Total waste of time.

    • Woah you got further than me.

I would have bought it at 154. Never got anywhere remotely near those prices.

    • Yep.. Agreed.. I even had a script going.. Nothing worked.. Total waist of time.

  • +1

I cant even find the "Select Coupon $6 off per US $65"

  • +1

Order summary is different from when you press buy! Where do they calculate gst???

    • +1

Even worse, I got charged 271.32 USD for Note 8, lol!

  • Has anyone actually managed to buy any of these phones at the discounted prices listed?

  • Where's OP? Did he snag one up?

  • None of the codes worked at dot.

  • I suggest we re-vote, and take this post down for wasting everyone's time and effort.

  • absolutely ridiculous - nothing works - what a horrible site.

  • Not OP's fault. Bots probably bought out the 100 units in 1 second.

  • Only code that worked is FRMUST30 and ILOVEAE20, however none of the coupons worked

    • Even FRMUST30 code is not working for me..

  • Codes do not work
