I got one of these in a previous deal, the thing never maintains wifi connection and you can hear the releays reset physically everyone 20minutes-2hours with no provocation and the vendor is not interested in issuing any rememdy :( don't plug anything important into these.
I have 2 sets of these and don’t have that issue. These were $19 in the past.
Agree vendor support would be trouble, these are rebadged from another manufacturer, but I can’t recall who they are.
Tuya, they seem to do blankbox branding for anyone with money.
I bought 2 and start to regret it already.
It worked for 2 days, now it doesn't connect to the cloud service anymore (and I didn't change anything, just couldn't connect with google home anymore, then checked with Jinvoo app, but also didn't work).
After some debugging I know it does connect to the wifi, but connection to the (chinese?) cloud isn't working anymore for 1 device.
I reset the device, set up wifi connection again, still not working (I tried with different router: still not working). Removing the device and re-adding keeps failing with "Failed to add device, please retry or check help" (I also tried the wifi via hotspot on another phone, also that doesn't work).
The other "smart" power strip (still) works (for now).
I'm going to return 1 at least.
