I'm looking to build my first pc and I am not sure if prices actually go down for cpus or gpus during black friday or cyber monday for Australians.

If they do go down whats the average compared to last year? (I tried checking old posts but couldn't find any)

I don't think the price went down across the board from last year's deals, but there were specific offers from Amazon, Newegg, and some Australian retailers. Newegg was doing $30 off $75+ spend last Black Friday which was quite popular. eBay had 15% off site wide.

depends on what you want to buy
if you want high end stuff then no
if you want gen 2 ryzen then i think you can pick up some deals soon
