Utter bollocks. There are quite literally tens of thousands of PC games that would run very well on this PC, including <80% of modern titles.
8gb RAM is enough for nearly every game. Jays2c recent video demonstrated this very nicely. More RAM is generally better, but it's hardly a show stopper.
Similarly, a 1660ti is a very capable card that's as powerful as top-end cards from only a couple years ago - roughly equivalent to a GTX 980Ti.
1660 ti and ram is upgradable… 2 slots are free
