        Easy, just asked a guy where the echos was, he said the ones at $49, they had been put behind the till hence the price error. The girl went to scan came up at $149, shouted the guy back over and he shown her it said $49 on his hand held price checker and honoured it. Bonus. Think was lucky.

    • picked it up two hours after receiving cancellation email. Funny part's that while the lady was handing over the product, the other lady was telling the price changed and not to honour anymore. lucky me!

  • For the people that have already received/collected theirs, is it definitely the 3rd gen? The 3rd gen is showing as pre-order on the JBHIFI website, which would suggest that the in-store stock is probably only Gen 2?

    I ordered one in the morning from jbhi airport West shopping centre got an SMS and went to pick up straight away and they had me wait for 10 minutes and then told sorry can't honour it cos it's pricing error. Waste of my time really.

      Was also told pricing error at airport west but when I orded over the phone they got invoice ready I just walked in and paid

    • i got mine from jbhifi 100 bulla rd. ordered at 9 am picked up at 12 pm. two hours after receiving the cancellation email.

    Guys I just did the pickup of my order 9 hours later even though I received the cancellation email no issues with collecting so you should try guys. You will also receive a confirmation email that the collection has happened

  • Just went in store out of curiosity to check what it was scanning as, confirmed as full price then sales guy offered it to me for $69. I had click and collect cancelled earlier as well (from a different store)

    Not as good, still took it though as even at that it's a decent price. Painless experience as well so no real haggling or issues at all. YMMV

  • Good price, shame don't work with Google Play music, and still have a Bluetooth Bose SoundLink next to the bed. perhaps a home Mini would be the go with aux out?

    • Neither the 1st nor 2nd Gen Google/Nest Mini’s have an aux out.

  • Just went to check mine at Chadstone VIC and they confirmed it was a price error and I’d receive a refund, didn’t honour it

          So, an update. I just went into the store where I made the C & C order to sort it out and get my refund. My order was sat there ready to be collected. They handed it over, no questions asked.

          • @Big Paddy: What the heck! I just called the store and they said it definately says cancelled in the system and that I should email the head office to enquire as to why I haven't received the refund yet.

              @iShibby: Wow, not sure what to tell you. Mine was already bagged up and in the click and collect locker they have at the back of the store. I had an email after saying that I had collected the item

    Still no refund. I can tolerate price errors, but this is ridiculous. I guess I will lodge a refund request directly through paypal if this does not get resolved.

      I contacted them through the website this morning, and they just got back to me saying "the original refund failed, we've processed it again so should be in your account in 3-5 days".

      Absolute crooks!

      • If some stores are honouring orders 7 days later after cancelling them then they should honour them all?
