Pretty big risk if you're subscribing, considering:

Note that prices may increase or decrease from delivery to delivery.

The subscription can be cancelled at any time after you order. From the main deal:

        Fair enough.

Subscribe -> Purchase -> Cancel Subscription.

Yeah, specific deal is good as a once-off, but as subscription this could be a disaster given how often and how much the price fluctuates on Amazon.

  • The issue is, do we still get cashback with Subscription? Looks like a no beyond the first one.

    • That's a good question, does cashback work with any subscriptions?

  • +2

Thanks Subscribed and don't need to drive to the shops every 2 months.

    • Be careful.

      • Why? Does the price of the subscription fluctuate? If it does without warning I might cancel the subscription, but since I do have my prime sub. the free delivery makes this a cheap and good deal.

        • Very first comment on this deal:

"Note that prices may increase or decrease from delivery to delivery."

The subscription itself costs nothing. It's the price of the items that fluctuate wildly.

Username chec…. Nah, still too much..😮

      • I guess you need to wipe yourself constantly. Fair enough.

        It's finally your time

To shine? It doesn't how much you polish a turd…

          ahem sorry Turd

      • If you need to wipe so much at least use wetwipes. Will help

    • I suspect some people purchase for their spouses and children as well, as opposed to a prevailing "every man for themself" policy…

Seem like a shit hot deal, better get some before it dries up!

Looks like Australia post is struggling to deliver packages within 2 days. Have a couple of them delivered very late. One item even a week late.

  • You Shi**en me….? ;)

    • Wipe it off you…

    19.444444444c/100 sheets for comparison purposes

    Pretty good

    • Yes. That is good for Quilton.

But I think the ALDI 3-ply is 18¢/100 ? It's also made in Australia.

Been a while since I've compared, but are they similar weight/quality?

      • I recall walking past the ALDI 3-ply the other day and saw that it was 21c/100 sheets or something along those lines. Not sure if ALDI has different lines of TP and I was looking at the wrong one? I do remember them having a 3-ply around the price you quoted.

        • +1

Looking at the wrong one, they have an equivalent product at 18c per 100shets

          • +1

@Tony-Abbott: Oh good. That's what I was going to try after I went through my Kirkland (Costco) 3ply @ 17c/100 sheets

  • How does this work, I see they have option to confirm subscription. Does that put the order through? Or can you buy it with other stuff in your cart to get free shipping for over $39? Anyone ordered yet?

    • You check out the subscription separate to any normal purchases. Then it will appear in your subscriptions tab after you do. I subscribed yesterday and know its different as I had to check out my other buy it now stuff separately.

  • +1

oh i checked my order and to find out they canceled it…bugger

  • What's the delivery fee for this though.

Seems good if the delivery fee is low otherwise might be a deal killer.

Might be nice to have paper towels and toilet rolls and tissue boxes delivered like maybe every season or something and just cancel when you have enough.

It is honestly that or yearly bulk order from Coles or Woolworths which is honestly awkward even for me at times but have done it a few times lol housemates get a good laugh each time.

    • Delivery is free even for under $39

I bought 1 x Quilton 3 Ply Toilet Tissue 45 Pack $15.75 and was charged only $15.75 but I did make a subscribe and save for 1 unit every 4 months.

      So ymmv.
