Shop from booko and you get free shipping every time

I buy from Booktopia frequently via Booko.com.au, at last count 2 weeks ago, I was still getting free shipping (+Cash Rewards & Shopback.. a bit tricky to get activated, but go booko first, then activate CashRewards then ShopBack else one of them, usually ShopBack cancels out immediately if you try to activate anything else on top of a ShopBack activation).

Even if the free shipping via Booko gets cancelled, then Booktopia usually has a free shipping promotion on average about once a month.

      Cheers and beers :)

  • I would avoid booktopia, have had bad experiences with them

    • Like what? I’ve shopped from them quite a few times, never had an issue.

Most unfortunate.. was this a one-time event?

I am a retired 'bricks and mortar' book-seller and I highly recommend Booktopia on price, service and delivery standards. For me anyway, they have been faultless.

I have been using them constantly for about 8+ years without caused issues on their part. The only issues I have had is with Australia Post deliveries to my P.O. Box from their own mail centre on 2 or 3 occasions. Since Amazon AU have come on the scene, Australia Post has lifted their game, so no issues in the last 18+ months.

      Ciao for now,

      • Was a while back but I had an issue with them sending the wrong book. I had another issue with a digital textbook not working the way it was described to me before having previously talked to there customer service team about it (before buying it) and when I found it was not suitable and was different to what they said, they refused to refund me.
