  Where do you route your traffic from? I have bought services from https://simsdirect.com.au/ However depending on the carrier the SIM is from, Traffic is routed via their home network. The end result was near satellite internet levels of latency as my traffic would go from the USA to the UK on Three.co.uk network and then route to Australia over the public internet.

    Hi rker,

    Ours currently goes via the British Channel Islands, so possibly slightly better performance. We're working on a getting a local pop closer to Asia/AU, but having used the service in the USA, Japan & even NZ I've still been able to have decent VoIP conversations.

    A tracert from here in Melb will return 300ish which isn't too bad considering the traffic is hairpinning that distance.

    With the above said, Flexiroam do have an outbound calling capability via the App (which I assume pops out in Malaysia) as it good quality.

    Hi Meoval,

    These options are just a promo bonus. There are literally 1,000's of different Data Plan options that can be added on.

    If you were to take an option that fit within you travel dates, you could simply add a data plan as required. In App currently there is a Promo for 18% off plans bought for use in the next month.

  How does the expiry work on the starter pack?
  So if I purchase the US$14.95 "1GB Flexishare - Starter Kit" eSim I will end up with 1.9GB of data to use 160+ country between now and 23 April 2020?
  After 23 April how long will I have to add more data packs?
  Do I always need a global pack+local one or is just a local ok?
  I can I add packs via the app or do I need to use your website?

  edit: From the website, I swear I was looking for ages to find this:

  100MB Global Data (Valid for 365 Days)
  900MB of Local or Global Data (Valid for dates shown)
  Flexiroam X license (no expiry)
