I'd say yes, I enjoyed it. I got it after I got bored with FH4 - I don't care about multiplayer or special cars so it got really boring once I completed everything… just keep in mind that it's no longer supported so no new updates or forzathons.

Yes because H3 is better than H4 (although H4 is faster and graphics improved on the PC).

Yes, but they're almost $30 each, and that doesn't include VIP or the hundreds of cars that come in packs.
I'm not sure there's a bundle for FH3 but I know they released the complete add-on collection for Forza 6 not long before they removed all DLC for the game from sale (I think that collection was $150-200 and just under $50 a week or two before they stopped selling all DLC).
That was only a couple of months ago.

I want to do the same thing but for Forza Horizon 4 on PC. The expansion bundle cost more than the base game while buying the ultimate edition is just as much as the base game itself.

On Windows 10, press ⊞ and begin typing "Microsoft Store" then click on Microsoft Store. Click on the "…" menu then "Redeem a code". The game will then be in "My Library" in the "…" menu.

Been waiting for this to drop in price, and nearly pulled the trigger a month ago. Now got the whole lot for the price of the base game.
Probably good timing too.
Just before Forza 6 reached "end of life" status (or whatever they call it) the add-ons and Ultimate editions, etc, went on sale at 75% or more.
Then they stopped selling all DLC for Forza 6, and those who waited too long can't complete their collection of cars (you can't buy Forza 6 DLC at all now).
I don't know when Forza Horizon 3 is due to reach that stage, but I think it's the next Forza game to have it's DLC withdrawn from sale after Forza 6, and the fact that it's discounted so much could be a hint that it may not be that far off.
Btw with Forza 6 they never released the actual date when they would stop selling DLC for it, they just pulled it from the Microsoft store without norice (same as they did with Forza 5) so I'm not sure they will give notice when it comes to Forza Horizon 3.
