@gotyourback: Hi rep, I placed an order, did not use any codes but bought from the 30% off sale. My order did not initially track, so I submitted a missing cashback report. I see today that it has been rejected. If not for the 20% cashback, I would not have ordered.

Just received cashback notifications, $184.07 (pre GST) but only received $15.22 (8.27%?) in 4 separate cashback transactions in the same order.

Did you use store credit to pay part of the invoice? That coul explain the discrepancy

Using a voucher not listed on Shopback means you won't get the cashback.
I used this last time and I got back 10% with Shopback so not sure why it won't be working now?

Probs won't work with 30% sale items. If you're not buying a sale item, I would recommend using 20NEWBIEAFF code which is listed on Shopback website to avoid cashback rejections.
Dang. I didn't know about this voucher. The other day I made 2 orders at $250+.
It only works on full priced items as far as I know, which means it's next to useless.

Item/size I purchased yesterday is now sold out so not too disappointed that I missed out on the extra 8% cashback.

Same happened to me. There was an issue in their payment system which was resolved later when the deal was over :(
Not sure why users are reporting issues with Amex. I placed 2 orders this morning and both went through successfully via amex.

Straight transaction, no code, no voucher, did it with the shopback app, no return/refund.
