My Air NZ offer is spend $2,000, get $250 back

  • +3

    No Air NZ for me

    • I got it on my DJs cards, but not my Velocity cards

      • Makes sense given they are no longer alliance partners and are very much direct competitors now.

  • Also, Stan - spend $14, get $14 back. Seems targeted.

Edit : Covered by other post.

  • Air NZ isn’t on mine, or the High Teas one, targeted

  • Air NZ on my plat charge - 1500 get 200
Air NZ on my reserve - 2000 get 250

If you also have a credit card with shopper's protection, I would not recommend using AMEX with KMD. Not even for $15 back.

Their prices fluctuate by a lot more than that on a weekly basis. You will end up saving more with a price protection claim later. I have done that many times shopping at KMD. Yes, even clearance items get discounted after you've bought them.

You buy something on a winter sale, and when the sale ends, they go into clearance for a few weeks until the next season sale begins. This is really annoying when you shop at the end of the sale, and then the next day the very things you've bought a $20+ cheaper.

If you're going to use the cashbacks, be familiar with their pricing and make sure it's something you know won't be further discounted later. Chances are good that they will be. And for goodness sake, never buy anything that's full price. I wouldn't even buy anything that's 30% off. It has to be at least 40% off if it's an XT line, or 50% off for every other line.

  • any1 got manual link for Kathmandu?

I cant see it under my amex offers

  • The Australian wine offer takes you to a landing page of set mixed cases. Anyone know if you can navigate away to the main site and buy straight sets I.e not mixed cases and still qualify for cash back on Amex?

    • did you find anything worth buying?

      • Not yet but I was hoping per the next comment to piggy back a coupon to create the value but not looking promising.

Anyone find any good deals? I’m a Pinot man!

Can't see why not. It would work out on the total value and not what you buy.

There isn't really much value. You would really need a promo code to double up. Anyone know one?
