  This is the same deal Groupon currently has, who regularly offer a further 20%-40% discount (including cash back).
  I'm sure this company would likely have a contractual obligation to Groupon to not advertise the same deal directly and could be forced to retract/refund this direct deal. My opinion is based on standard industry terms I've been told about previously by someone in the exact same industry as Groupon (but not Groupon).
  No way would I buy this direct given it costs more and could conflict with their Groupon contract.
