I haven't tried yet as I'm not in Victoria but I'm guessing you might be able to get a freebie e.g. coffee and pocket a few dollars if your order is less than $17.

      Got my order cancelled twice by 2 different restaraunts. Went through the 3rd time. It was the worst food delivery website I've ever used.

      Yep. Purchased via mobile (web browser), tracked after about an hour. Had third-party cookies and ad-blocking turned off during order

    And on another phone I couldn't open the cart. Kept returning to menu. Fail.

      ok so i'm a hypocrite, thought i would take a chance & ordered through Doordash tonight & surprisingly it all went smoothly (except the driver got a bit lost down the other end of my st & rang to meet him out front). I used the website from the Shopback link to order from Red Rooster, no problems with the credit card etc.

      What i have noticed though is under the name of some outlets it says 'unaffiliated' which like in the above article probably means they have not sought permission from the outlet to add them to Doordash. Then the outlet maybe rejecting/not fulfilling orders because of that. So maybe if people stick to affiliated outlets they won't have issues, or just be aware if you don't there could be problems.

    My purchase never tracked through Shopback. Lodged a missing tracking case with them, but no response yet.

      just came here to report the same thing! So looks like they're dodgy after all. Ordered 20/10, still nothing by 24/10 so i went to lodge missing Shopback item but the site wanted an order number. Doordash does not have order numbers so i had to email Shopback & fwd the order confirmation email to them. They added order for me & now shows as 'Status Investigating'. Not really worth $17 saving (if i even get it) for wasting my time emailing back & forth as they didn't know till i told them Doordash doesn't have order #

        I just checked my account and it's showed up around a week after lodging my missing case, so that's good news. I've noticed that manually tracked items don't result in an email notification, so you might need to check your account as well.

        Btw, for future reference, this is how you can find DoorDash Order IDs:
        1. Visit your Orders page
        2. Click the order in question
        3. Click the section with the order details
        4. Click "Download Receipt"

        You'll find the Order Number on the bottom of the PDF.

          hey thanks for that info, they def haven't made it easy for people to find the order#, i wonder if its to do with not wanting to payout on the Shopback offers? I presume the company being promoted pays $ over to Shopback as its like advertising. It will be interesting to see if Doordash lasts in Australia &/or if Shopback will ever associate themselves with them again after this fiasco.
