Edit - appears that the theme is half price and not free as advertised. I've updated the link in the OP to the free theme for Outbreak Day 2019.

There is some discussion on HUKD that suggests you can get the Ellie theme for free if you hit the back button.

      A bit late in the cycle for the PS4, might be worthwhile holding off and waiting for PS5 and also the remaster the of the game, just like they did with the original Last of us.
